popeye door lights problem help!

Hiya Guys

I wonder if you can help ......
I have a popeye pachinko , Everything was fine untill i moved it the other day and now none of the chase lights around the outside of the door do not come on at all? All the video and lights on the playfield are fine as is the sound ect..
I have checked the 2 fuses located at the lower power board and they are fine.. also checked for loose connections etc..
If anyone has any idea's it will be a great help as i am now at a loss as to what the problem could be,The machine looks so dull without the door lights flashing!

it has to be a loose connection, maybe somewhere on the door. some may be hidden.

open the window and check the connectors there

When that happens to mine, I open the door and reach underneath to the right bottom side and push in the dongle or grey colored end connector that looks like a printer connector without the wire attached. This loosens up occasionally and has to just be pushed back in. Good luck. Frank A, Jackson, NJ

I just went to my machine and the only time the top and side outside edge lights come on and flash is when the video screen is pushing a third number into place with Popeye doing the pushing. The inner rainbow lights and other field lights go out on mine when I loosen the dongle that I mentioned in the previous posting.

Ive checked the dongle and all the wires inside the door and elsewhere..
Still no joy...
I Have also noticed a small "-" sign in the lower left of the video screen that flashes when the bonus numbers are rotating ? is this an error ?
Carnt seem to get it into a bonus run (but thats nothing new just latley)

The small "+ / -" signs in the lower left of the video screen is the fliupper subrouteen. This is not an error, it is to be there.

OK guys....
Ive sorted out the light,s problem!!!!.......

It was a loose conection in the door behind the pannel ....

Boy they are a pain to get off and on , I wish id took photo,s for a step by step guide!!!.. (Mabie next time )
