I got a 2nd chance offer on a Beast Sapp. $100.00 + Shipping. Any ever heard of this Dealer? What concerns me is that it says that it was refurbished in Japan and is still in the original box it was shipped over in. What do you think?

I was watching that item and had emailed on a price for shipping. They replied, but so did another guy who never shipped an item. The feed back does not show any other machines. Your chances 50/50. The big question do you feel lucky? I don't do second chances, got burnt on that. What ever you do good luck. I agree with Lucky Dog buy from a reputable dealer.

These days it is getting harder and harder to find decent machines and most reputable dealers will not ship to my location. I kind of have to "buy while I can".

I am goning to call this dealer and check it out. My biggest concern was that it was "refurbished in Japan" and "still in the box". Was the case painted? Is it ready to plug and play here in the US. Guess I need to get on the phone

I am not up on all of this. What does that mean to me that Beast Sapp does not use a transformer? Is it that it is that it does not need one for US use, or would I need to do somekind of modification to it to get it to run?

Its a 100v not 24v so it can plug right in to an american outlet without any modifacation. 24v games need to have a transformer installed in order to work in the USA. All the game should need is a good cleaning and I would put in volume controls, its loud with out them. Beast Sapp still remains one of my favorite games. I love Sapp Time......Thats the way ah huh ah huh, I like it ah huh ah huh.

My only concern (other than the fact that he hasn't sold any other pachis), would be support.
I doubt he can send out a board or parts if something goes wrong.

"refurbished in Japan" and "still in the box". means they didn't do Jack Zhit to it but list it to sell. In Japan they make sure they kinda run and than send it out.
