Anyone ever store a Pachislo in a Garage?

Hi everyone. Has anyone ever stored a Pachislo in a Garage ? I would think that with the temperature change from the Summer to Winter, it would not be good for the electronics inside the machine.

I don't think the electronics as much the mechanical parts and not the temperature its the humidity that would be a problemShrink wrap them well and i think you will be ok i seen dealers do this in there warehouse

My Pachinko and Pachislo are kept permanently in my garage, which is now my games room. I've never had a problem. The garage is intergral, so damp not so much a problem, but it does get cold in winter.

it gose down to the old one of condensation as long as there are no sudden tempriture changes there shouldent be any condensation but if there is its like getting a new one delivered let it climatise once out of the box condensation will go away within about an hour and should be playable

I kept the K1 stored in the garage for about a year before I gave it away. Now I put a plastic bag over it, like a garbage bag, hardly sealed and as far as I know there was no ill effects from it.

It still sucked just like it did when I put it in there.

Umm Tulsa, don't your winters get down to a down right cold temperature of maybe 40 degrees? Not sure it that counts as winter cold, but hey I could be wrong.

We certainly have days that can get to zero. The next day it may be 60 though. It changes awfully fast around here. Now we don't have the humidity of a Houston or the dry of a Phoenix we average in the high 40 percentage range.

Thanks everyone. Right now I have 2 Pachislos, one sits behind the bar and one is out at all times. I have limited space in my basement and wondered if I ever bought any other Pachislo's whether the Garage would be a safe place to store them.

Yeah, but it's done out nicely! I'm in a town house, it's under my bedroom and there's a door into it from the hallway. I've put up insulation, put down some rugs, got an oil radiator and put up thermal curtains in front of the garage door. You wouldn't really know you were in a garage, if it weren't for my car parked in it!

as for storing machines in a garage .... its no worse than a warehouse just cover it in a garbage bag and tie it shut and when you bring it in let it get warmed up before fireing it over and you'll be fine ...
Hey tulsa i guess you found out ya cant kill a k1 by smothering it next time drop the bag in a lake it may work better .........meowwwww........
