Pre-paid VISA question?

I received a pre-paid VISA card today but I want to get the cash out from it. Does anyone know how i can get the cash from this pre-paid card? I dont think it can be used at an ATM?

hmmm I take it you don't have a pin number to go with it? you could try calling visa (good luck). Only thing I can think of is you could purchase something you know for sure they would give you cash back, not store credit, not back on the card,ect...

good idea lucent, i want to take the card to use it to purchase some stocks with but i already have a card on account so i cant add a second card onto the account.

i made 20% gain on BID in a month and i think it should do close to 45 by the end of this month. I just bought 200 call options, every nickle it goes up past 35 i make $10 woot! if it gets to 45-50 im gonna make a killing...my house will be full of pachis!

Right now any money i get 75% gets saved towards an apt and 25% get put into stocks and PM. I figure by the time im 40 or so I should be able to retire just off of the investmentst if i invest enough

Yea between investing young and either going to law school or getting a MBA I should hopefully be able to retire young but you never know.

im doing the same, im pretty young so i hope to be able to retire early between owning my businesses and investing, if you do it right you can be set by 45-55

when it comes to preparing for our futures and retirement we do good for the most part....its not uncommon to see 18 year olds with iras... how many people that are older have been screwed cause they thought social security would take care of them

no way to get money out of a prepaid visa card, it's considered a gift card.

My buddy and I get these at the cherrymaster places, if it's for 25.00 just use it for 25.00 in gas. or sell it to a frie for a discount.

my buddy and i both won 25.00 ones i used mine toward a carton of smokes and offered him 20.00 for his, which he sold to me.

or you could sell it on Ebay!!!!!!

What if I used the card thru paypal to paypal the money to my dad's account and then had him paypal the money back to me?

they will take a percentage out of that for themselves.

look on the back of the card, should have a number you can call to get a pin, although the atm machine will charge you like 3usd, its worth a try. I have never had any luck getting money out of an atm although customer support says I can... See if your father will buy the card from you...
