    Default Transformer Question

I am changing a transformer and the wires from the old to new are a different color. I would assume the black and white go to the power cord, the other two are yellow. Does it matter if the yellows are interchanged as they hook up to the box?(I assume this is the power supply box) Can anyone help me out or straighten me out? Thanks...

I think I know the answer but I'm not going to say anything for your own safety just don''t hook it up until you know for sure.

The white and black go to the power cord to the wall. The two yellows go to the machine. The two yellows do not have polarity on them so either side is fine.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

Tulsa is correct the two yellow are the out put to the machine and are a/c output so it doesnt matter .....a suggestion tho , go to radio shack and get an inline fuse holder and install it on the black wire (primary going into transformer from outside the machine) and place a 3 amp fuse in it . it will protect you from a bad transformer overloading later.....
