Spin Luck Question for SL owners.

It took my small brain awhile to figure out how the Spin Wheel could fit in the machine. I thought that it was behind the reels in the case.Then I noticed in one of the photos that I saw of the machine, the words (Flexible Disc )above the Spin Luck Logo. Then bam of course!! the disc bends 90 degrees above the wheels!!!! So the question is What material is the Disc made of? Is it Rubber or Vinyl or something else?
IF it is rubber or vinyl Is anyone using any drying out or cracking preventative such as armourall etc.on the disc? I need to know to get ready for the arrival of MY SPIN LUCK!!!!!!

I believe its a mylar or acetate material, I havn't put any armorall or other type of protectant on it

no one on Pachitalk has had a problem with the disc that I know of

a few pics, the disc is housed in a hard plastic casing, its very thin more of an acetate material, I hadn't ever really looked at it till your post.

Wow what great photos! Thanks so much I love the engineering behind it. Very cool of you to share the behind the scenes view. From what I can see the disc looks as if its made of the same mylar that is used in kites. I will know for sure when I take a look at the inside of MY SPIN LUCK :-)

T.J. I bet you haven't put half a bucket of tokens through that thing since I left there Dec. 5th. I think you should judt ship it to me (I'll pay the shipping) and that way, it will get used every day!!

You won't need the flack jacket Tony. I may just have to call the UPS guy to come get the Spin Luck and ship it while you are at work..... But you did NOT here that from me.
