While there are still a few of my videos on putfile.com most of them have been removed...and not by me!

Because so many of them have been removed I have stopped posting entries in my journal here.

Some of the excuses they were removed were; copyrighted material (videos I made?!), offensive material (Yeah, someone playing a Pachislo is really offensive, but to whom?), and another I can't remember, perhaps because it was so inane!

Not once did putfile.com say that they were removed because of inactivity.

I am STILL looking for a pay site where I can put these videos without the fear they will be removed for the above reasons. And the one pay site that I did find required that anyone who viewed my videos had to join before they could view them! NO WAY am I going to do that to my friends at PachiTalk!

So Eddie, use them (putfile), just don't expect them to last very long there. At this point I see no other choice.

    Tony Junior,

I am sorry that putfile.com did remove some of your videos.

Because of the removeal, I never got to see them all (King Camel) and to be honest they helped in my decision of getting a pachislo.
Stealth does have a lot of videos but his are to short and sometimes don't do a machine justice where you narrate and try to show off what the machine does.

I don't think you should have to pay for a host to upload these videos without fear of removal and there are many free file hosts out there.

Here are some I would recommend that are for FREE
    1. You get 500 MB of storage
    2. Unlimited Bandwidth
    3. Hotlinking allowed to all files (you don't have to visit there site to view)
    4. All file types can be uploaded
    5. The maximum upload size of each file is 50MB and each of your videos are less than that.
    http://www.filelodge.com/files/room1...eoegg-logo.jpg
    1. Video can only be 5min
    2. You can get permanent link to video at VideoEgg
    3. You can get HTML or JavaScript for your site
    4. You can email a link
    5. This one converts your video to Flash and lets you trim (edit start and stop times)
    http://www.filelodge.com/files/room17/438262/esnips.jpg
    1. You get 1 Gigabyte of free storage
    2. Have public, shared, and private folders
    3. Use optional eSnip toolbar (save images, screen captues, webpages, and fiels to your eSnip account easy)
Visit my eSnips example to see what it looks like and get links to examples at FileLodge and VideoEgg
    http://esnips.com/web/PachiTalk-Example

If the [Media] tags worked or you could use html embed tags you could use FileLodge and have the videos show up in your Journal so viewers would not have to leave the site - that is the nice thing about hotlinking.

The eSnips one is cool because it is easy to use and group your things.

The VideoEgg one is nice in that it lets you edit your videos.

Like all hosts they each have there strengths and weaknesses but if Tulsa or someone could explain on how to embed media (Video, Flash) then FileLodge would be great for this site.

Also, Tulsa may want to become a VideoEgg Affiliate where we would get a interface to use it like the ImageShack one that some of use use.

Araknis, ah, you young folks that understand computers, the internet, and all this fancy electronic stuff!

You have no idea how much I appreciate all your hard work in what you have done! To actually spend the time you did, getting those videos, finding a place to put them, then actuallyy putting them up so we could view them...unbelieveable!

I will certainly look into both the places you recommend, and will keep everyone posted on what happens.

Y'all see what I mean about PachiTalk being the best place/home ever!

    Thank you again!

    .
Pachinko_Palace uses Grandview's videos which I think show off the game play a little better then Stealths. Stealth concentrates mostly on the bonus round and doesn't show the reels spinning while Grandview shows different reel stops. I try to watch them both if available before I buy a game.

Same here Tony. I went on their forum and placed a complaint and they just responded to me the same way they did to you. So I went back on thier forum and stated what I thought about their automated canned response and they promptly banned me from their forum ....so that's that!

Tony I continue to be amazed at what videos are still on Putfile and what aren't. There seems to be no set rule as to what stays and what doesn't.

I guess what I am most surprised about is that some of my videos are still there while some videos of the same machines are gone with that copyright statement ? Anyway looks like there are more free alternatives out there that I will be trying out late summer when I get my fulltime connection back.
