    Default Mr. Do manufacturer?

I have a Mr Do. pachislo I picked up on Friday... my first machine. (Pictured in my avatar)

I assume isn't all that rare but I went looking through the museum and couldn't find it in any of the photos.

Anyone know who is.. or how to find the manufaturer of this machine? Would like to get more info on it if possible. Production numbers, etc.

    thanks.

Who is the maker. Back upper corner of machine or in one of the two small windows on the belly glass.

I can't give you the year but if you'll go look in the musuem under Aruze you'll see an O'Yakata and a Duel Dragon and others with this matching case. Around 2000 would be my guess.

As far as production numbers, what is the serial # on yours? If it's high, it will give you a basic idea. Otherwise, unless someone else has one to compare it to I'm afraid it's only going to be a guess.

Well this one says Universal on it. Same manufacturer as my upright arcade (link) but I wasn't sure if it was just licensed or universal actually made it.

Serial number on mine is #2275.

I think I'm going to laminate the sides on this machine and have my buddy plot me out some vinyl graphics to match my dedicated universal cabinet. Instead of using laminate.. maybe i'll just do the whole side in vinyl.

Would anyone say doing that would increase or decrease the value of it?

Universal, Aruze, Macy and Eleco, all the same company.

Hey, thats a Nice Looking Machine. Who's the fine person to sell you that? jk. Yes it's Munufactured by Aruze and Licensed by Universal. Its a pretty rare machine I dont think they made alot of them and its also a bit older. I am guessing 1999/2000. I see nothing wrong with adding side graphics. Would be cool to see. Mike : )

ahh yes. it's mr. mike. the man himself. thanks for this game mike. we all love it.
apparently soon to be my new best friend once I get a new house big enough for a few more machines. haha.

i might be sending some business your way after telling some people at work about my latest aquisition.

i'm going to have to pay you a visit for more tokens (already hit 2 streaks that emptied out the hopper). and will probably be looking at that full screen video slot you had as my next purchase.

also going to hit you up about seeing if you have a mostly pink machine i can customize. i figure something like Pink Girl or that don don king machine. mostly looking for something that already has a mostly pink theme to it.. (lights and plastic).

stay tuned for my mr do side art. going to take some measurements and design something tonight.

thanks again mike. you got me hooked.

Hello, Looking forward to seeing the Mr. Do! Artwork. Mr. Do! is one of my Favorite Arcade games. At one time I had Mr.Do! and Do! Run Run both setup for play at my store. I miss those Arcade Games and wish I did not sell them. I should have 500 spare tokens I can pull from one of my machines to sell. You can e-mail, IM or call me anytime. Don Don King is the only Pink Machine I currently have ( 150.00 even if you would like it ). Mike : )

I just thought this looked cool : )
