Howdy y'all

Well, well, well.... What can I say? It's been a week shy of a year since I've been here. I'm back for anyone who give a ****.

Hi to all the old friends and hi to all the new folks.

I was in the process of finishing my doctoral dissertation and it was messing with my head and my time, so I pretty much fell off the face of all of my online communities. Maybe some of you noticed; maybe you didn't. lol

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to everyone again. I have a lot of catch up reading to do; seeing who's new, what's going on, learning about the new machines in the last year. I'll slowly get back into a regular posting cycle I'm sure.

Ok. Enough of the 'about me fest.' Hi again and I'll be chatting with you all soon I'm sure. And if anyone knows of a good job for a biomedical engineer, I'm looking. Preferably in the Milwaukee/Chicago region. My pachis are too heavy to move. lol

if they are ok ect as we have no way of knowing and we are a caring bunch

I haven't had a pachinko since then. Other than my vintage, of course. I dunno, one of these days I'll stumble across one for like $40 and I'll try it again. But for now I'm just rejoining my pachislo roots. I have barely even turned on my babys in the past year! Maybe I just need to get a new one to fire me up again. So if anybody's selling DIRT cheap. And close enough to drive... hehehe Or even one that needs work. Because I don't have enough projects. lol Maybe I should tell Dave at 7Mile I'd work the fair for him for a new machine. Notice a theme here?

WoW, Biomedical Engineer. Don't know of any openings but will keep an ear out, Ky. area. Close enough to Chicago to have a new Pachi friend. I be one of the new ones you referred to, I reckon.

I know its out of range but the going rate for biomeds here in Indiana is 45-60k fresh out of school. obviously the bigger hospitals pay more... not sure if there are any biomed comanies around though...

just my 2 cents worth

Ooohh Indiana. I don't know. When I moved away from there I said I'd never move back. lol How is Loogootee these days? I haven't been there since I was a kid an we participated in the Iron Horse Festival.

Been to Loogootee heh.... well, nothing new has happend. biggest event here is the Christmas parade. no festival anymore, shoot don't even have rides anymore during fair week.....

Maybe you just need to pick a weekend and set up a hundred pachis on your front lawn. It'll be "Scooby's pachi fest." Another Loogootee tradition. lol
