Mars 126 coin mech
Hi long shot i know but anyone got any expiriance with mars coin mechs as i have one that will take any coin first time except £1 it only takes every 8th or 9th iv cleaned the coin tracks and even checked it is inabled for £1 and am now ready to remove it and seromnialy kick it out through the door

Usually a loose wire or other bad connection going to the enable/inhibit input on the connector for the particular coin in question.

well iv found if i hold the regect cam / button slightly then it accepts 90% its as though the coin slid isnt wide enough when compleatly closed if that makes any sence but its definatly not dirt widening it
its teltail led is flashing three times saying it is the 4th sensor regecting the coin |

ahhh all cured and sorted found a better replacment mech for £8 shipped on ebay changed out and all is good in the Docs little world again
