Cranky Condor machine

I have a cranky condor machine and i have a problem the first wheel oscillates and sum times dont turn I swaped wheel #1 with #2 and it does the same thing so it cant be the motor and need a manual for it. Can some one help me?? thanks dave

If it's not the motor I'd take a hard look at the reel cage and see if it's mounted incorrectly and the first position is getting in a bind.

did you ever find the answer? bad motor? my cranky does the same thing!
