Modern Japanese Machine - What do I have?

I was given this machine and I'm not sure what to make of it. Is it nice? Is it special? Is it crappy? Please help! From what I can tell, it's in perfect working order.

Yes, as far as I can tell. I don't know how to play the game or read Japanese, but it lights up, buttons work, and the display in the center works as well.

Thanks for all of the info everyone! I'm not sure that I'm going to keep this machine. I have small children at home and there really isn't a safe place to keep it away from them. I want it to find its way to someone who can really enjoy it. Can anyone help me locate a dealer or any other avenues to sell the machine. Thanks again!

I would suggest listing on Craigslist first. You may find a local buyer that can pick up and you avoid fees, etc. If you can't find a local buyer then eBay is an option. They take a cut of the sale price as does PayPal and you have to mess around shipping or find someone willing to pay you to have someone else pack it. It is a bit of a pain if you aren't used to preparing things for shipping. You may also find a buyer here if you post in the members buy and trade section. I don't know what that particular machine is worth, but based on age and subject matter, my guess is the $100-125 range without balls. Others may have a different opinion.
