    Default Nishijin-Sophia

    Howdy!
I have a Nishijin-Sophia that I bought in the 1970's. I would like to get it working to give to my grandson.
    For starters...
Can you tell me the correct dimension for the two front glasses. and will safety glass work?
What are the correct light bulbs?
    Thanks for your help!

    I like your idea!

The glass size depends upon the Model. Here is a link to a member's website that has useful information.

Light bulbs depend upon what voltage you want to provide. There are lots of 12V bulbs that will fit.

You can also use a 9V battery with 7.5V bulbs.

Another option is LED bulbs that usually can work with 3 to 12V DC.

The base is called "flashlight" or E10.

can you tell us what its doing or not doing??

    Thanks..
    I'll try a better pic..
I cleaned it up, replaced the plexiglass and front glass. Dropped a ball in the top and it fell to the bottom.
Maybe 9V a battery would help?
