    Default Nishijin not cycling completely

The winning ball doesn't appear heavy enough to reliably push the arm down right before it drops in the back bin. Am I missing a weight?20170131_092627.jpg

The ball is heavy enough. Make sure you have enough balls in the machine and check the pivot points and linkages to make sure nothing is gummed up or binding.

Yeah, about 1000 in there now. I adjusted the rod length on the right, and it seem a little better. All linkages seem OK, but maybe added up they are too tight.

Looks like a Sankyo machine (not a Nishijin).

The linkage you adjusted is a good thing to try!

One other area I've seen is in the middle of the back of your machine, there is a dust cover secured by two screws with a metal badge that says SANKYO. I've seen where the mechanism is hitting the top inside that dust cover and it causes the symptom you are describing. Try your game without that dust cover and see if it helps. The dust cover plastic can be trimmed if needed.
