Not sure of value. The Nishijin Sophia model B machines are extremely common and not particularly valuable. The "special electric" series are less common, and sought after by collectors...therefore more valuable. Not sure if Circuit (sometimes called Circuit racer) is officially a "special electric" model...but it is still desirable and not common. I want it...but am not in a position to make an offer.
Several members here have one, and can answer any questions you have about it's functions. In addition to it's mechanical ball dispensing function...it also has electronics that open the tire in the center as well as extra lights. I believe the back opens on hinges, like a PowerFlash...another desirable machine. However I could be wrong about that.
Do you have balls for it? Do the electrical functions work? It needs a 24 volt AC transformer. Many are fried from people hooking them up to 120 volts AC. The electrical function plays a big part in its value. I, for one, would not pay much for one that was plugged into household voltage and fried. Because, of course, it now needs to be fixed...if it can be fixed.
Congrats on your new find...good luck on whate very you decide to do with it!
    And WELCOME to Pachitalk!

value is hard... looks to be missing its case.. for me thats a huge problem.. looks like someone has tryed to change the stickers.. not a big problem since others have recreated them..

like asked above.. does it work.. to the electric features function..

looks like it needs work.. would like to se pics of the back...

one of my favorite machines.. it was the first machine i found that required power...

    and of course

As Mopar said, it is missing the frame and looks like it is also missing a big chunk from the upper right of the "door". Even if all the electronics work it looks like it will still require a second machine to swap all the parts into. If the electronics are missing or not working I would think you have almost no value. If they are there and working, you probably still don't have much value given the amount of work required to make the machine playable again. Then again, I could be wrong and it may be the project that someone is looking for.

    Oh, and welcome to Pachitalk.
