What can you tell me about this machine?

Hello everyone! I searched around here and on the web a bit but couldn't seem to find out much about this game, so any info about it would be appreciated. My knowledge about these machines is zip but, like old pinball machines, I appreciate the artwork and the engineering in these.

Funny story about how I got this. I purchased an airplane hangar filled with mostly junk and while cleaning it out came across this. It was carefully wrapped up and stored in a cabinet. Has a hole box of balls with it, too.

Neat looking Heiwa, interesting looking reward tray.
Early to mid 70's I would guess. A clear pic of the tax stickers may help to date it.

Still can't make out any numbers, do you see any legible numbers on the stickers?

Update! I got as close as I could to those stickers but I'm not seeing much - at least in English. The 3rd sticker has a what looks like '850' and then a '6' but that's all.

So according to that link from Tink, maybe 1975?

That's the ones. So probably manufactured in 74.

I see I've got a couple of loose wires with an old rubber band fix, and I found the link here to various schematics - would this be a 2-bulb, 2-switch? Seems pretty straightforward on the electricity side of things...
