Error translation help please?

Compirate gave me this very heavy "glory" official ball counter from a parlor a while back, problem is error 13 upon booting it, and I can't read Japanese, any ideas?

Here is the screen shot of the request sent to Glory for assistance with personal info removed. Written up by my tutor. Lets hope for a positive response

Right. I have a reply from Glory from a rather apologetic man. Stating that as this unit is over 20 years old. They only have limited informative in their records. But he did send a copy of the user manual (I had this already from Compirate) He also sent a copy of the initial start up procedure for printer and non printer versions. Of course in 日本語 I will hope to try it out this week or weekend and write you some instructions if it works. But as typical for me. Its the time I'm on emergency call.

But I will say now. That you will probably either need a key for the program switch or de pin it. Lets hope its not like old digital watches that had limited years on them.

Slightly gutted at the moment. Brought the counter in from the games room to my workbench with transformer and plugged it in and nothing. No error. No printer noise. Dead. Checked the psu and all voltage present. 2 leds on the motherboard are on. But no leds on the counter screen and no error beeper. I hope its not toast.
