Default Newbie:- don't know where to start

Hello, I just acquired a vintage Pachinko machine from my mother-in-law in it's original box. I would like to learn a little more about it and hopefully be able to use it.
It seems to be in good shape, although it's missing a socket for one of the lights and I have no idea how it's powered! Any help greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Pachitalk. Cool looking machine. Ichijin isn't a brand you see everyday. It doesn't really add any value, but it does make it a bit unique. You can power it with a 9 volt battery or a power adapter. If you use a power adapter make sure you have a fuse in the circuit. It's hard to see from the photo which contacts on the power block are used for the connections, but with a 9 volt battery you don't need to worry about doing any damage and can just try connecting until you get it right.
