It depends on what you consider cheap. If I remember correctly, Akimono was asking $140 per counter, but they don't appear to have any listed for sale on their site right now and I don't recall seeing any for sale on eBay in a long time.

Some people here buy 5-10 in lots off the Japan auctions. Then sell the ones they don't need. Some one might have one spare if you give it time.

Make sure the payout tray is full of balls a few of mine have sensors that if it does not detect a full tray it will never hit or payout anything substantual
