Default Clearing a jam of pochinco balls

I have a 1977 Pachinko machine that has a log Jam of balls going from the bottom halfway up the machine. I have taken all of the exterior covers off but I'm afraid to do much more. Any advice?

Try lifting the wire attached to the blue lever with counter weight to see if a ball falls out. May have to do that many times.

A full back pic will help too so we can see what else may be going on.

the balls are resting on the jackpot arm.. make sure it has traveled all the way to the bottom.. then lift the blue lever "paperclip" and the balls will be able to fall out.. now the problem is the weight of the balls above will cause a jam.. so work them one at a time with a pic or some bet wire to get them out one at a time.. if your forcing them stop and figure out whats restricting there travel..

this might be one of the ultra rare time when flipping the machine upside down may help but that usually causes more problems then it solves

This looks like one of the vintages that you can just "Pop" off the whole plastic by just pinching the white corner fasteners .

"Pochinco balls" never seem to work correctly.

You should try Pachinko balls next time.
