    Default Ooooo....shiny. Not.

Is there something that works to shine up pachinko balls? One of the machinesi got came with a ton of balls. There are some that are nice and shiny. The majority are not. I have culled out the pitted rusty ones, but the machine is now clean and i will be darned if dirty balls are going through it. Was just trying to save as many as i could......

I have both a dual drum and a vibrating tumbler. Both work well. The vibrating tumbler is much louder so I usually turn it off at night. I can let the drum run all night and not be bothered by it. I think the vibrator may polish in less time, but I can run it fewer hours a day. Keep an eye on eBay and craigslist and you may be able to find a good deal on one.

I had mine from a garage sale when I first got into ammo reloading . cant recall what the label use to say. If your in a mad rush for one you can go to a local gun store. Garage sales are the cheapest

i've seen diy plans online for wet tumblers. guys use pvc pipe for the tumbling chamber but baffles (small pvc cut into quarters lengthwise and screw in) have to be installed inside to allow for proper tumbling.
