    Default Ball Source

So after a few of my friends were admiring my Pachinko machine in my shop that gets way too much play (impossible, I know) they decided to pick up a couple of older machines to see if we can revive them. I'll supply machine info and photos once they bring them over. I figured we could have a couple of tune up nights in my shop and see if we can get things working and clean but none of them have balls. I checked out a few vendors on ebay but wondered if there was a preferred source. I thought I would start with 500 per game just as a minimal commitment, so I need 1500 balls.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are a couple members that have websites that will ship to Canada. Otherwise ebay may be your best option.

Thanks Tink, the high shipping out of the states is the clincher. I was quoted $110 US for 1500 balls shipped. Hopefully those members that sell balls to us lowly Canadians will see this post.

I have heard of Canadians shipping them to a U.S. post office near the border, then crossing to get them. You look to be about w
2 hours (one way) from the boarder...so that doesn't look very practical!

Not as bad as shipping from Japan, but case lot made it cheaper.

One of the guys that I am buying balls for works near the border, so I can get him to pick them up on the 'Merican side. Again, should I go with ebay or a forum member?

There is a seller in Guam that has the cheapest eBay price and good balls. hehe. I bought a couple thousand from him and I believe another member here may have bought 10,000 if I remember correctly. He ships via USPS flat rate boxes. So shipping should be reasonable if someone can pick them up on the US side. I looked at shipping 500 to a Canadian member once and was embarrassed to tell him how much the shipping charges were.

I thought it was interesting because it was discussing shipping to Nelson B.C.
