    Default New here

Hi! New here and wondering how to start a post? My grandfather passed away and we found a machine in his attic. It's not real old, I think it's from the late 70's early 80's it doesn't seem to work right, we are looking to sell it, any idea how or where to try?
thanks for any help you all can give!

    I blame windows 10.

Assuming that says Sankyo and not Sanyo. I haven't been able to locate a name on the usual database I look through. Any names (in 日本語) on the back or on the playing field?

It's a Sankyo for sure,I can tell by the frame...it might be the predecessor to this more modern Sanyo that features a monkey on a cloud...

The top of this one has a sticker on it that says monkey magic, going to try google translate on the back of the machine to confirm that name

Looks like it translated to Fever India Series...not sure if that helps will google it to see

It's considered to be an Early Modern Hanemono styled machine. It will pay out 7 balls from any of the pockets and 15 if you get it into the special area. Those 3 pockets on the bottom labeled 1 and 2 will open the feature in the middle. That is the special area. There is another special area within the special area marked with a V. If you get a ball through that it will trigger a "fever". There are special names for all of this stuff but i'm just an idiot.

    Good luck and have fun

It's in the same frame as my 1991 Sankyo Orochonpa 2; so closer to an early 90's hanemono. What isn't working about it? I would probably just throw in on Craigslist if your not after every last penny it's worth...

Wow. you guys make me work hard for this one

Its called 悟空Ⅲ or Goku 3

Goku as in the character in Dragon Ball Z but mostly based on Son Goku from Journey to the west (Monkey magic to us westerners)
Third in the series (Thats why its 3 ) from 1991

    http://www.sankyo-fever.co.jp/history/list.php?tag=1990

    its listed under 悟空

Not working assume the worst and post for sale statinh needs repaired for 20-50. If there are alot of pachinko balls (north of a thousand) add on 20-40.00. Thats my opinion for the illinois area.

thanks! I listed it for 25.00 with over 1000 balls and no bites, but it was a local sight. I guess I will try Craig's list.
    Thanks!
