I purchased a hard boiled "parts" machine to replace the screen on my Spider-Man 2 machine the case and screen models numbers matched I attempted a swap with no luck when i returned the donor screen to its host this now happens what have I done?!?!? and can it be fixed?...

Btw the failure occurs around 1:30 and it's a Sammy with a hitachi tx48d8ovm1caa screen on machines
