ok, i woke up early this morning and could take a closer look again. the pictures you posted are great, they look nearly 100% the same as my machine. i think with this information i'm able to rebuild it. thank you so much for your research on this!

I normally use L shaped bits of extruted plastic about 0.5.to 1mm thick. Cut to approximate size. Superglue it in place. Then smooth out the joint with a small file, filler and sandpaper.

as promised, here my conversion back to normal function with payout. i used stable cardboard and panzer tape to rebuild the channels and fixed it with the glue gun. at first i thought it would not be stable enough, but the advantage of using this material was that i could easily correct it if something did not fit. i know, it's not looking professional but it's 100% functional and stable and that was my main goal... played several hours now and everything works, the balls run smooth and don't get stuck as it was before. thank you all so much for explanations and pictures, it helped me a lot
very nice machine, lots of fun to play

Question ; Will not the cardboard gather dirt and grit with the balls traveling on it ? Even the cleanest Pachinko balls will deposit dirt on the Plastic ball tracks of a fully functional parlor ready machine and if the ball tracks are not kept clean the dirt will embed in the plastic tracks .

    Great repair job

hmm yes maybe someday it will be dirty, but i wrapped the cardboard completely with panzertape so it is a nice, stable and smooth surface where the balls easy run over. i will check in a few days after i played it some more if there is much dirt in the channels. for now it really works very well and i'm happy
thanks again for the help on this!
