New to pachislo, couple of questions

Hi

My wife found a Yamasa Neo magic pulsar pachislo in a garage sale for $100. Probably not a deal, but not too bad either considering that it all works and that it came with couple hundred tokens too.

A few newbie questions:
1) I noticed that the coin mechanism requires a bit of cleaning, it has some rust in it so sometimes the coins get stuck. There didn't seem to be an easy way to remove it though, any advice on the easiest way to remove it (the piece you feed coins through)?
2) The game gives credit, but I'd like it to spit out tokens instead. Where can this be changed (all the menus are in Japanese, so can't figure them out)

I've cleaned token mechanisms with alcohol and q tips while still in the machine.

try pressing the payout button on the front left, if that doesn't work just put in 50 tokens and add 3 each spin for payouts!!
