Bingo slot questions

Hello,
I recently purchased this Bingo slot machine from Craigslist, thought it would be fun to tinker with and it is. I cleaned it up and changed some bulbs which were burnt out. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to remove the reels as the one on the right has a burnt out bulb and I don't want to damaging it while trying to remove it, I pushed up a tab on the bottom of the reel but the top is sticking. I also attached some photo of various tags/labels as I would like to know the manufacture date, any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Turns out the reels were just a little gummed up. I sprayed some silicone on the top catch of each and they slid right out, allowing easy access to change the bulbs.
