Alien vs Predator "Please take the balls out" error message

Hi Guys,

A minor issue has arisen. I get a verbal error message which I think translates to:

球を抜いください tama o nukui kudasai
Please take the balls out.

The error code is also at the top of the screen- I5-1, I think. See video clip:

My question is- from where should I remove the balls??

More generally, I'm in the UK and may be selling a couple of recent pachinkos in case anyone interested.

it may want you to empty the lower front tray??

Is your lower overflow tray in the front full? There are a lot of folks with a lot more experience than me, but my first guess is that the front tray(s) are full.

It was! Where balls are fed on left side into lower tray was blocked. D'oh! Thanks guys.
