Default Kyoraku crimson frame shooter trouble

So I have a Kyoraku 9-drums machine in the Crimson frame that has been a great reliable machine, but currently is not shooting balls. The first thing I noticed was that the throttle had less and less effect on the launch strength of the balls, eventually, you could just barely turn the knob and the machine would fire all the way to the far side of the field, as if I had it turned all the way right. This lasted for several hours, until finally, the shooter just plain stopped shooting balls at all. I read elsewhere that it could be a fuse that is blown, but I haven't had a chance to replace it yet, but given the symptoms does this seem likely or is is a bigger problem? I'm really at a loss as to how to fix this, as I have never had a shooter go out on any of my other machines (knock on wood). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I can't help you, but it makes think of that old motto "if you don't use it, you lose it"

I doubt it would be a fuse, or it just wouldn't work. I had a Okumura that had a dodgy shooter, turned out the dongle was bad and sending the wrong voltage. Yours is unlikely to be the motor as. again. it would shot weak or not at all.
Try replacing the dongle if you have another, or can make your own. Its always handy to have a spare. (said the guy who has more machines than dongles )

Im sure this is a noob question, but what dongle are you speaking of? the CR dongle? I can look into it and see if that fixes the problem. The confusing part is that it went out so slowly with the lack of control first, then the no shooting, anything ive read so far says that they just up and quit when the dongle goes bad, usually frying a fuse in the process. To be honest, I haven't even located the specifics of where the dongle is on the kyoraku yet (as like i said, it was a nice reliable machine till now). I'll look into it. Anyone have pics of where I should be looking to help speed the process?

to the Site that Never Closes ( someone is always online here )

I happen to purchase/rescue that very same pachinko back in 2011 and a sort of journey to get it to work . and have photos posted of it with a close-up of the Doggle port . It does have a link in the thread to the "Blob" problem .
