Default Tom and Jerry shoots no balls

    Hi together,
i'm new to the pachinko scene, i hope you can help me out. today i tested my new tom and jerry pachinko. it starts up fine, plays video and test all the playfield toys. but i cannot shoot balls into the game. i filled the upper and the lower section with balls. at the moment i have a card reader bypass dongle at the back. the motor, that shoots the balls does nothing if i turn the knob in the front. could it be that this motor is broken? or is there a fuse that is blown? on the little back display the number 7 is shown. i'm totally stuck on this, it's my first pachinko and i don't know what to do and where exactly to check.can i get this motor somewhere if it's really broken? it's this one: Type 23LM-S344-05 NO. T9512-01

    thanks for your help,

    ladebalken

There should be a 1A fuse on the board the dongle plugs into. Check that first.
Is it a basic dongle or one of daverobs credit ones?

Also make sure you have a a firm grip on the shooter knob and are touching the metal ring and not pressing the stop button.

That seems to be it. the fuse is blown. it's a 1A, 125V fuse. i have only 1A, 250V here
i think i cannot use that one, or does the Voltage not matter? i hope to get the right one on my work today.
i post again if i found and inserted it.

    thanks!

I have read again a little bit and i think if i put the same fuse in again, it will blow too. because i imported the pachinko from the usa to germany, i had to change the transformer from 110V to 220V and forgot about the fuse. can or must i insert a 250V 1A fuse without damaging the pachinko, or was the 125V only weak from age?
sorry if the question is noob, i don't want to damage something, it's my wish pachinko
    thanks and best regards!

Actually the voltage going through that fuse is 24v so you should be ok with the one you have as long as it's 1A. If you want to be sure, unplug the dongle first. As long as you are using a 240v to 24v transformer you should be good. As you say it all lights up I guess that's fine. Make sure you have the dongle properly plugged in.
If a dongle goes bad it can blow the fuse, then the shooter will not work.

    thank you
i will do as you said and unplug the dongle after i changed the fuse. if it blows again, i will report that here.
ah, before i forgot: is it possible to change a pachinko led? one of them is dark, i will check later if its only a wire or bad contact (its behind a lot of plastic stuff...), but if it's really broken, it would be good to know if and where i can get them

With the power off and the dongle unplugged, replace the fuse. Then switch on power. If fuse ok, Turn off power, refit dongle then turn power back on. If still ok, then your good to go. If fuse then blows, replace/repaair dongle, (depending on how good you are with a soldering iron)

depends on location of led, it might just need a clean, but to strip and resolder one is possible, but not for the faint heated.

oh... i hope its just a loose connection or dirty. it's the led that lights up the lettering CYAAAA. the last two AA's are not lighted. how can i identify if it's a faint heated led?
