ok, looking at those decorative corners, I believe they are the "stylish 'Sunray' corner spandrels"

that indicate the manufacturer to be B.M.Co. (British Manufacturing Co.)

    as per this link: http://www.melright.com/slots/bmcauto.htm

So it looks to be an Automatic Payout Allwin and probably quite a rare thing

Its a 1967-69 Cat 250. Only reason I know is I have one. Its fun to ride around and even with a 3hp briggs it will get you up and running with no problem. Took it to a car show this weekend and people just kept pointing it out (parked it with the regular motorcycles).

    100 machines and counting...

Here's the one they have for sale.

I had a similar one in the 70's, I used to haul it around on the back seat floor of my 63 Falcon Sprint Convertible

I had one minor accident with it and skinned my knee

This is a flip ball machine. Popular in fast food and takeaway bars in NZ , Australia, UK. Put a 2 cent or 5 cent coin in and if you flipped the ball well you got your coin back to play again, or got a free turn to flip again.
