Neo Magic Pulsar "King Pulsar" mode

So I did some searching on my newly acquired Neo Magic Pulsar and it appears it's supposed to have two different game modes.

The menu choice listed here for "Game Mode Setting" does NOT exist on my machine. Anybody know why it's on some but not on others or how to re-enable it if it was disabled by some grumpy parlor owner at some point in the machine's life?

Okay, I tried every single choice up there during X10 mode, while the program key was turned on, and even while holding down different button while going through the menu. I'd email Yamasa (the company who made the machine) but I can't find their email address. Anybody else figure out why some of these have the option and some don't? The darn King Pulsar frog is even on the sticker by the bet button!
