Default 3 Wall unit - quick build with detailed photos!

My son and I build a 3 machine wall unit today. I did it in such a way that only a few actual measurements were made as most dimensions were done by sizing with a machine and then duplication. This wall unit is 7ft in length. I full details and photos on my "Projects" page on my personal website. This page is located at the link below and the wall unit page found on this page.

Hope this is of benefit to someone!

BTW, this was done very late at night so no guarantees about the quality of web page spelling, typing or grammer!

This awesome thanks for the details
I will post mine which will be similar to this.

Question, you used 1x12 for the frame. why so deep? the machines are only 4" deep. I've considered 1x8, but other people have also used 1x10 or 1x12.

    Thanks

This isn't my post but some modern machines are about 7" deep overall. I see an early modern on the left side of this build...

Also, sometimes there are pachinko ball diverters on the back to collect the lost balls...

I also have a similar set up (early 90s and a number of early 70's) but wasnt sure if there was a structural reason for the depth.

My plan is to have the same 3 boxed/frame set up but at the bottom of them a small 'trough' for the balls to exit into and flow into either a container or a ball lifter. (Ball lifter designs are under way)
Across the top of the box/frame i also plan to have a 'all machine feeder' so the top is going to be an open area with slanted base so all balls will flow into a funnel (of sorts) and then via hidden pvc tubs to each game ball hopper. so *Hopefully* i won't have to actively feed the machines, it will be a perpetually loaded machine
Designs are underway and I will post when I have something more.

This site has given me many great ideas!

    Thanks !
