    Default Aristocrat Manekineko plus Daruma

Sorry guys, new here. Don't know if this is where I should put this post or not...

I have a Aristocrat Manekineko plus Daruma A-type 5 reel machine. Can anyone tell me anything about it? I've searched and searched the Internet (that's how I found you guys) and I've only found one other mention of it and it was in a volume post on this forum. I have the book that goes with it and everything and it works great, only one bulb blown in it, which isn't a big deal to me.

Also, anyone know where I could get more tokens for it? I've checked eBay but I don't know what to look for to be sure they would work in this machine. Is there any special type or anything I need? I don't want to get the wrong size or anything.

    Thanks!!

Do you have a picture of the machine? that would be helpful for someone that owns one. As far as tokens there are 2 types that I am aware of. 1 is the normal silver kind and the other is a gold slightly bigger type. Most machines use the normal silbver type. My 2 machines use those. Here is where I get my tokens from:

The owner's name is Curtis and his number is on the website. He is very helpful and can get you those those tokens in no time, and free delivery!

Thanks, I will have to check out his selection. The tokens I got with it are silver. Incidentially, I got it at Ollie's. I also did a search of the forums and did read the posts about the machines from Ollie's, though, they are a few years old...

    Here is a pic:

If needed, I can take/post a larger one...

Cool, thanks!! I was wondering about when it was made...I think I got it back in like, 2006. It's a pretty fun machine to play and when it 'goes off' like I guess I'm hitting a jackpot of some sort or something, it's hella loud, I can go outside my house and still hear it. I just keep playing it until it calms down, haha!!

Thanks again. Wish I knew what the Japanese (?) writing meant but oh well!

Jesus, no reason to be a jerk about it!! And no one said anything about getting rid of anything.

Holy crap, someone just comes along to ask a simple question - way to welcome newbies!

    Hello,

This is a very old thread, and I think you will find that there is at least one post that is no longer visible here, so perhaps the full facts are not available to you

Luckydog is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming as well as being a long standing member of PachiTalk, I know that no offence would have been intended to anyone, he was merely repeating a very important rule of PachiTalk, one that could have serious implications for not only this Forum but also Members in some States...

    Congratulations!!!

you have won the coveted dont post in a year, be a jerk award..

let me tell you the wonderful prizes awaiting for you..

Please Vanna lets tell our contestant about the prize he is competing for...

Thanks Sid.. Well the first prize is a nice shiney chill pill

Thats Great Vanna, but why a chill pill

Thats easy Sid, because a chill pill will help certain people get off their damn high horse and stop accusing people of being Jerks when in reality they are being one.

ok enough with the Ha Ha's

there were posts removed from this thread that pertained to coin conversion.

this topic is not discussed or posted about here on PT.

posts were removed and LD was referring to those removed posts prior to their removal

    bottom line is

    1) all new users recieve a welcome PM from me and it is part of the terms of use that all users agree too, you didnt read what you clicked then its not my problem. both items state we dont talk about Coin conversion on the board.

So Luckydog had brought up a valid point. about Coin conversion

    2) there is no need for name calling. we are all adults here so we treat each other with the respect and dignity that we would each like afforded to ourselves.

and in regards to Newbie friendliness issues.. there is not one post on this forum where someone treats a newbie the way they are usually treated on other forums. the people here are friendly and will go out of their way to help.

we now return to our regularly scheduled program.

hmmmm i wonder if i should buy a vowel?
