There is a large range of cabinet plans on here. Some of them are very creative. Just use the search function at the top. And welcome to pachitalk.

MrGneiss has plans online that are easy to build from readily available lumber...only requires crosscutting of 1x10's and 1x6's. The design allows for all kinds of customization. I just built one this weekend and had the machine mounted in it and in a fever round in a couple hours, including wiring in a new transformer/power cord. (not including the paint job, which takes the most time)

    Here are my plans:

Look at as many plans as you can find before building. You'll probably come up with a variation on a few that will work best for you.

Good luck and have fun building!

That looks sweet... thanks for sharing... I may need to add your drain stopper to my next case, since it will always need to be opened to swap cells.

I built my first two cabinets (a vintage Nishijin and a new Pink Panther) with the "drain stopper" <g> thing. I just finished my third cab for our new Star Wars and left it off. I discovered that we almost *never* open the newer games up. The stopper is a necessity on the old Nishijin though, because it seems to jam when the kids get too excited with it.

I used Ken's plans for my four cabinets..btw THANKS KEN
I made a few modifications and think it's a super design especially if you have a need to get quick easy access to the pachinko balls (i.e. kids, parents).

Basically, once you get the main measurements, you can make any modifications or changes that fit your particular needs.
