Hello Pachinko friends...

I have just received the above two machines from "Skytvspecials", bought on eBay UK, and they were selected randomly for me...Think I was lucky!

They were sent with only 40 balls, which I unfortunately loaded in to the pay out hopper on Lord of the Rings machine...as I am sure you can understand, I would like to try play, but can not figure out how to get the balls back out...

I am sure one of you wizards can help me out.

I have 1500 balls under way from the US, but it may take an other week before they are here...

On the back of your LOTR, on the right hand side (as your facing the back), look at the top right. You will see a green plastic slide switch. It's located near the top about 6 inched above the payout motor. when you slide this switch to the right, the hopper will empty out to the bottom of the machine in the back. make sure you have a bucket to catch the balls as they come out. Grab a handful of balls, slide the swtch pack to the left, and put the remaining balls back into the hopper. Play the pachine.

With only 40 balls, you may have to do this often until you recieve the new ones.

One thing you can do, when your down to your last ball, open the front door and put it into the pockets on the left or right of the start pocket. You will then be paid more balls without having to empty the Hopper.

If I got it right, it "only" empties the balls above the pay out, not the 15 or so in the pay out?

That is correct...There will be a small amount of balls below the dump switch that will stay in the machine. If you need to remove these...like when you would put the cabinet on it's side to add feet or for transporting it other than in an upright position, You can remove the payout motor and release those extra balls.
