Just read the feedback from the first time seller sold this machine.
Seems a bit harsh. But then we don't get to see the whole story.
Reading the original listing I can't see what could cause a problem unless someone else didn't read it correctly

As far as the machine itself, it looks like a good opportunity for the winner. It has the same lighted toggle power switch as my T-Bird which came from the Pachinko Factory so it seems this one did too (I have the original sales and credit card receipts from that store). Since there's a can of cleaner as well it likely means that this is the original owner too.
