Golly jeepers if ebay doesnt do something every now and then to piss me off.
Before I start hi all been a while... I've been super overloaded with class this summer but my girlfriend is going to build me some more pachi cabinets soon for my indy and top gun I'll post them when they are done...I'd post a link to that old thread with the pics from my first 2 built but must start this rant...

I was in the process of selling a copy of Wii Sports on ebay because I picked up an extra copy and didnt need it and know that you cant find it in stores(only packin with wii) so if your disk breaks you find it on ebay so they are kinda "hot right now".
Well I have 100% positive feedback and proud of it and listed that in my auction. Its a win win since it helps give confidence to buyers and also can increases my bids in what I think is a trustworthy way... kinda of a bonus.
Well four days into my auction I get this BS from ebay

I didnt "Buy, Sell or f-ing Barter feedback?? what the hell are they talking about??? Undermine the integrity ..give me a break I'm an honest guy that goes out of my way to please my buyers...I dont sell a whole bunch but when I do I take care of my buyers. I've seen hundreds of sellers remark about their feedback ratings

Ive had a listing or two pulled before for listing "like Nike" or "Not like ps2" in the title... ok I get it...dont fish for views I didnt know then was informed no biggie but this... is just plain stupid

I made a mistake and didn't catch it $1,500.00 shipping instead of 15.00

the ad stated 15.00 shipping, buy Ebay pulled the ad because of high shipping

I usually put Look in the title if there is room, and on my ads i put "check my feedback and bid with confidence"

i read a newspaper article a few years back that said the same switch in your brain that makes you good at a specific job is the same switch that lets you know whether you are good or bad at it. so if it is off you would never know if your a chowderhead or not!

It used to be that you could go on Ebay and buy an item for like 99 cents and have it emailed it to you. In return for buying it (like a so called ebook etc) the seller would advertise that you would recieve immediate 100 percent great feedback for your purchase. I suppose a lot of people bought into this so they could pad their feedback ratings. In fact a few of us oldtimers know of one person that did this from the "old way" message board. He kept getting kicked off of Ebay but it wasn't too long before he was back on with a different Ebay seller ID and a fresh 100 percent feedback rating from several purchases he did of these ebook things.

Apparently they confused themselves (so what else is new) with your 100 feedback statement

I really dislike Ebay myself anymore also but if this is what they meant then I am all for them going after these type of scams

Business account follow the business. If Milts account was a business account then when he sold the business he has all right to include the account. If it is a personal account then he got away with it because they don't know about it.

My unsolicited opinion... the folks that run ebay... have always been retarded.

On the other hand... 99% of the actual PEOPLE that I have transacted with have all been super-great ^_^ - and I have been signed up on ebay since 1997.
