Looks like a pseudo-clone of the Gyoza no Ohsho types of games. Sometimes called デジハネ due to a combination of digital game and mechanical hanemono parts. Personally I don't like them, as you have to navigate a tricky course to get the Spin gate, then the digital slot can shaft you out of its own choice.
