    Default Stuck balls

Since the restoration and cabinet build I’ve had a problem with the balls getting stuck. It happens at the spinners and center feature. When I open the glass door they fall to the bottom. I’m not sure what I did wrong. Any ideas?

It looks there is too much distance between the glass and the playfield.

Your plexiglas is probably bowed out slightly.

You may have to use real glass to maintain a straight surface.

I like using real glass in my machines.

I've experienced this as well and as Wayne-Ooo said, used glass instead of plexi for the inner layer (plexi on the outer). I also had to adjust the tension on the frame latch/strikes thing a bit in order to pull the door tighter/closer to the frame when closed. Mine has some "slop" in it, so the door wasn't really closing securely.

I’m using real glass for the inside portion of the door.

The spinners can move in and out on the nail more than they should I think. I reinstalled one thin washer between the playfield and spinner. The face of the spinner can be pushed in to be below the head of the nails. Should I shim them with something?

I installed it vertical in the cabinet I made. It’s pretty much at zero degrees.

If you are using glass, then I'd say tilt the top in slightly and the bottom out slightly.

That's how I have mine mounted in cabinets.
