    Default Hi to everyone, please help me wit some photos

    First of all I would like to thank you all for giving away so many information for free:
    About one year ago I started trying to understand, how mechanical Pachinkos work. This forum was a great treasure and I searched it over and over, together with all the videos on youtube. What I want to do is building a pachinko-like machine, mostly out of wood, some 3d printed parts and arduino based elements. Still making plans to realize this idea I have a lot of design elements ready to go.

    As I live in Frankfurt/Germany it is not easy to get original pachinko machines - but finally I found one last week. Now it all has become a double - project.

    I have attached two photos. First one shows the front of the Heiwa machine. I found out that it is in quite good conditions, dirty but mostly all mechanics are still working smooth and nicely.

    The second photo shows the major trouble zone: Missing cover and the payout mechanism has some bigger damages.
    I have found some videos that show the machine working, but the cover is always in place and I do not understand what it looks like, when it is working.

    So beside a big thank you I would appreciate to get a link or photos of the payout mechanism to understand what is missing. I found out that it is not easy to find spare parts. But I want to get my machine working again by rebuilding the missing parts ...

    Welcome to the forums. I don't own a Heiwa machine, but I'm sure someone here can post some pics and maybe even steer you towards getting a part 3D printed.

    I don't have a Heiwa in my collection, but this payoff dispenser design looks familiar. I'll look and see if I can find what I am thinking of, and if I do have something I'll take on the project of printing you some new 3d pieces.

    I thought it was familiar. I rebuilt a machine a few months ago with that type of dispenser.
    It is a "New Gen", but the dispenser is the same. I'll start working on this shortly. I'll have the white arm and the yellow part also.20240416_114445~2.jpg

    ... wow, that was fast and really gives me a chance to get the machine working. The photo fits, thank you for your help so far and as I have a lot of cleaning to do there is no need to rush: To see a chance in getting correct measures is a great motivation for me to move on.

    In the meantime a neighbor helped me with the Japanese sings on the machine: License expired December 1987 and in the middle section on the playfield with probably two working people stands "sporty". The new photo shows the middle section with a lot of springs, which are really dirty. They let the falling ball move into different directions, probably they also make some noise.

    The springs seem to be installed tight, and the nails that fix the plastic are also very (!) tight. Maybe I get access from behind but this all seems very risky for me. I dont' want to damage the plastic parts. So has anyone got experience how to clean springs in place without too much humidity that may damage the playfield?

    アスレチック = athletic = sportlich

    I think you might be 10 years out on the date, judging by the look of the machine.

    Drawing for arm has been completed and is currently printing for a test fit. I'll be working on the other part soon.
