Default Chipped off corner on frame... how to fix

    Hello all,

on my white Sankyo Lumina frame the right bottom corner is chipped off, and the wood behind is visible. What is the best way to properly cover this up? Just repainting? Is there some sort of a (white) touch up paint I should use?

My two new cells are in Canada (slow boat shipping from Japan) so I need to make sure that the frames are clean and shiny for Evangelion III and Indiana Jones...

    Thanks for any advice!

Remove the whole piece of white material, buy a piece of white formica, and glue it in place.

Better yet, put a red piece on instead, then sell it as a rare one-of-a-kind Lumina frame on ebay for $500.

Thumbs up Re: Chipped off corner on frame... how to fix

I have gone to an arts/crafts supply store and purchased an air-drying clay. I used it to repair a couple of holes and a chipped corner of a fifties beer sign that I own. Unless you were to look very closely, you could not tell the repair had been made. That might be worth a try.

    Thank you all.

I have for now just painted the corner so that it blends with the frame, but will try to use the advice above to make it even nicer.

If all goes well the two cells from Japan will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday (just a bit longer than 1 month from Japan by sea). As per Canada Post there are no duties or taxes to be paid

    I cant wait!!!
