First Pachinko - Planet of the Apes

I was looking for a slot machine and came across websites with pachinko machines for sale. When I was a teenager a friend's Dad had a vintage pachinko (it was not vintage then) which I was always intrigued by. Anyway I remembered how cool I thought it was and bought a modern machine. I now have a Planet of the Apes Pachinko. I love it. I am already making plans to purchase a few more in the next few weeks. I guess this will be the start of the game room I have always wanted.
Does anyone else have a Planet of The Apes pachinko? Any advice or info on it's operation? What does the GO pocket at the upper left do? I have dropped a few balls through it but I have not seen anything happen.

Oh , The Center "Tulip" Directly under the LCD display is where you want to have the balls go in to start the "Magic" of trying to get 3 matching numbers or symbol's in order to get what we call a "Fever" that last for 15 "steps"

More of a vintage guy myself.. the best advice is keep shooting till ya get a Fever you will know when it happens

What does the GO pocket at the upper left do? I have dropped a few balls through it but I have not seen anything happen.

I'm not too familiar with this pachinko, but if its a pass through pocket its probably to start the sub roulette..It gives you a chance for the flippers around the start pocket to open..There are also usually 4 lights somewhere that will light up one at a time each time a ball goes through the pocket..

Each time a ball goes through the pass through pocket, then one of the 4 leds will light..those are stocked chances of getting the flippers around the main start pocket to open for less than a second, theoretically giving you a better chance to get a ball in the start pocket for a spin..there are usually also 2 symbols somewhere on the play field or on the screen that are usually an X and an O that will flash back and forth and then stop on one of them..if it stops on the right symbol then the flippers will open..if it stops on the other symbol then they won't open..Then if you have anymore stocked it will start again!!

On some pachinkos it will always stop on the winning symbol and on others it rarely does..like on Star Wars!!

It is often referred to as the 'sub roulette' on these forums!!

I hope I explained that ok...Its a feature on most modern pachinkos!!

Bat - I have the same machine and don't think that GO pocket does anything - have you ever seen the Ape animatronic move or do anything? Mine hasn't yet - but then again I never hit 777 on the slot chance.. Hit other numbers, but not that one..
