Hi, just got my second pachinko, and want to check it is working correctly. It does not appear to pay out any balls when the you get a ball into the win pocket, is this correct. My other machine (Thunderbirds) pays out (3 or 4 balls) when a ball gets into the win pocket, it also pays out if ball goes into the pockets higher up in the playing field.

Thats right, You should get 3 balls when you get a ball in either of the start pockets.
Are you getting a spin on the video reels?
Is there an error code on the back lit.? (near the power switch and reset button)
And of course make sure you have enough balls and the stop gate is open allowing balls to feed through to the payout motor.

hey thanks for your response. Found the problem, there is a manual retainer from the top hopper. Opened that and re-set and all works fine now.
