Need help - family member's pachislos not working

Hi

This is my first time here. I figured this is the place to ask questions regarding problems with pachislos. My father-in-law owns 2 of them and both are malfunctioning. They were both previously working. I think they might be easy fixes (hopefully).

The first one he owns is called Muscle Tomato


There appears to be a problem with the coin mech. When you insert a token, it drops straight through and out the payout chute. I opened the door to look in and it doesn't appear to be jammed but I've never worked on these machines before.

The second one is called 777, 15 and Big Chance



This one accepts a token, and spins the reels, but none of the buttons worked to stop the reels. It will spin for usually 30 seconds and then it will stop, typically on 3 free game reels if I recall correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Not sure if I can help with the really technical stuff, but just wondering if you have tried doing a full reset on both of these machines, here is a link to a post which explains how to do the proper full reset with odds change

I have also taken the liberty of putting one of your pics the right way round in the hope tha someone can identify it, the numbers and words '777, 15 and Big Chance' appear on lots of pachislos as they denote the payout / bonus rounds thingies.

I can't see enough of the machine from the pic to dentify it for you myself, but perhaps a pic of the belly glass would help

The second machine appears to a Club Tropicana, by Macy 1993.

Correct. The second one is a Club Tropicana! I just went over to my father-in-laws and I was able to fix the Muscle Tomato. The hinged piece in the coin mech that keeps the token in place was loose in the machine. I believe he went to unjam it one day and accidentally pried it off. It took me awhile to figure it out (the piece was hidden) but it now works!

The Club Tropicana machine still does not work but I think I pinpointed the problem. There is a 1A fuse blown on the stop board. He is going to grab one today and hopefully that will fix the problem of not being able to stop the reels.

The 1A fuse that he replaced looks like it was for the sound board because he tells me it makes all these noises it did not before BUT the reels still don't stop with the buttons. Anyone know where the stop board for a Club Tropicana is located?
