The only thing that I can think of that would hurt the price of a Spin Luck is IGT bringing out an updated Spin Luck (or real Wheel of Fortune). But, it would have to be at least as good, if not better, than the original. So far the new Terminator hasn't seemed to hurt the price of the old ones - probably because the old one have a better story with Arnold and Customs stopping them from coming in.

Has anyone seen a Spin Luck with a serial number over 5000 yet?

A SpinLuck II would be interesting. But for IGT to do a Wheel Of Fortune Pachislo , they would have to jump thru hoops for Merv Griffin Enterprises (MGE) as MGE keeps a tight rope on the USA Wheel Of Fortunes. The newer USA Video Slot Wheel Of Fortune isn't much of a slot compared to the old 3 reel mechanical one with the fantastic big wheel on top. But IGT has the resources for sure to pull it off and I imagine they have a handle on what is popular in Japan.

I think it would be more like the 2nd movie... Never as good as the first one.

As popular as this model is, at least here in America. It's really hard to imagine that they only produced 5000 of them. However, we've still yet to find a single unit with a number larger and to be honest the largest number I've heard anyone have was in the 3500 range.

The funny thing about this machine, is the fact that peopel buy it because they think its just liek the ones in Vegas or at the boats. Whne they get it they are vbery confused by it. Ive sold at least 2 that I know of to p[eople who emailed or called me back asking if they could trade it in on another. I wont do that normally, but on a SL i'll glady make an exception!

Prices can get crazy on ebay and someday you may have a machine worth a lot of money.
