Default From the "What the heck are they thinking" files...

Perhaps it is caused by the sour economy, or perhaps it stems from pure ignorance, but what the heck are some people thinking when they post!?

I found this 'gem' on good ol' craigslist... a 'rare' vintage machine that needs to be restored. (Hopefully this pachi was not posted by a PT member. If so, )

    Rare Pachinko Game

Not sure where this guy did his research, but apparently less rare machines are selling on-line for "$800-$1,000!!" (Please let me know where so that I can sell the unrestored vintages I purchased for under $40 and make a windfall profit!). Maybe this person is a laid-off marketing executive using his skills to sell stuff in his garage to pay his mortgage.

Sometimes all you can do is shake your head and wonder where some folks get their information from. What would be more frightening is if someone actually paid that amount for a machine needing restoration.

There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
