    Default Wantouchable problem in bonus

I have a customer with a wantouchable Sammy machine that needs to be soft reset in between bonus games. I have not heard of this one, so I thought I'd run it by the experts! The machine hits Big Bonus, plays game 3 down to the end of the spins in that game, shuts down...the key needs to go into the door and do a soft reset, put 3 tokens in and away it goes with game 2 then the same thing...shuts down, do soft reset, put 3 tokens in then game 1 is played to the end...oh yes...just before it shuts down, it spits out the tokens in the credit meter...any ideas?

Yeah. This is pretty standard behavior controlled by the two switches that are usually on the power supply. One switch causes all the tokens to be spit out after a bonus while the other causes the need for a reset.

For pictures of the switches and the explaination of how to interpret which is which see http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2465

Please note that on some of the newer machines there is only one switch; or they aren't on the power supply, but on the door; or both.

    CMK,

I dont think thats it, a reset should only be required in the example your talking about after all of the bonus games have been played, not after each part of the bonus game.

It could just be a poor connection somewhere.

Have you had them unplug and replug connections???

It depends on the machine type. On my Type C machine a key reset is required after each and every mini-bonus (or whatever they're called). It's extremely annoying until I figured out the switch for it was on the door.

Wantouchable is a C Type according to the museum.

And since it spits out the tokens too.... That would be a weird connection that would cause the exact two things that are controlled by those two switches methinks.

i think wantouchable has two switches at lower right on front of power supply.
FireDrift and Aladdin probably have same power supply. (right pic is FD's. borrowed from your site.)
i'm not sure about these things, sorry.

wantouchable's BB is not BigBonous but imitating BB.
sammy names that 3 consecutive RBs 'BiclyBonus'
Bicly is pun on japanese 'Bikkuri' which means 'surprise'.

Thanks! Are there any other switches on the door that I should look for?
