Go ahead and change out that fuse. It would be a good idea to pick up a couple of spares. If that does the trick,. If not we will have to get that meter out. Make sure that you replace the fuse with one of the same size. Don't put a larger rated one in. If something is still wrong a larger rated fuse may wind up making your Cranky Condor angry and it will start smoking or worse...
