    For plastic parts I always start with a nice hot soapy bath and a scrub brush. I like using Dawn dish soap because it help cut through the greasy grime. After the parts are dry I use Novis on them. This has alsway gotten all my parts nice and shiny. Cigarette burns were the plastic has melted is a whole diffent ball of plastic.
